Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering site projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site project activities
- Plan project timelines, resources, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with architects, supervisors, vendors, and clients
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare reports and updates for management
- Handle site issues and ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a site project manager
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Qualification: Civil B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
