Job Description:
The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural design concepts and layouts
- Prepare drawings, plans, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements
- Work closely with draftsmen, interior designers, and site team
- Ensure designs comply with project standards and timelines
- Support execution team during construction stages
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- Experience in architectural design and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong design sense and communication skills
